I've been going to IronFlex since August and the experience has been transformative. Gina is a nothing short of amazing. She's compassionate and understanding but also demanding and inspiring. I joined to improve my strength, balance and agility/mobility and hoped that in the process I might lose a bit of weight. The results have been spectacular! I've improve immensely in all areas and lost 11lbs! I was never one for the "gym." All those "meatheads" strutting around always made me uncomfortable and self-conscience. At IronFlex, it's a personalized and professional experience that's tailored to your individual needs. On many occasions it's just me and my trainer Gina in the gym so for those of us who don't enjoy the traditional gym experience IronFlex is the place to go!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Connor listed experience as someone who has worked with people coming back from serious injury or joint replacement. After a long layoff from any heavy lifting, I needed to have someone with the expertise to help me get back into the swing of things.
I have been really impressed with Connor’s knowledge of muscle and joint mechanics. He assesses your capabilities and goes step-by-step through exercises and does form correction. He explains the reasoning behind the mechanics and is so thorough. And he takes the time to really work with you on your goals and help you make the most of each workout. Connor’s also a genuinely motivating guy who pushes you to be your best. Can’t recommend IronFlex Fitness enough.

In January 2025, I was introduced to Conner through a mutual friend. I was facing challenges in finding a trainer who could appreciate the unique demands of my life as a young professional, particularly in terms of balancing my busy schedule with healthy eating, including meal prepping for on-the-go consumption. I have had many trainers over the years but have been working with Conner for the last 3. He is very knowledgeable and explains the exercises and why we are doing them in detail. When I first started working with Conner the range of motion in my left shoulder was not good at all. I have some shoulder issues, bursitis as well as an impingement. Conner has helped me tremendously with these issues. My range of motion is so much better than it had been. Once Conner opened his gym there was no doubt in my mind that I would continue to work with him as my personal trainer. The gym is all brand new and exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend Conner and Iron Flex Fitness to anyone that is looking for a trainer or has any kind of need for physical therapy

If you are serious about elevating your fitness goals, IronFlex is the place to do it. I have spent years trying to incorporate strength training into my exercise regimen and was often left feeling overwhelmed by which exercises to do, how to progressively overload, and was left injured after a few weeks. Gina is such an amazing person all around, she’s helped me with so many personal and physical battles. Honest customer review - Highly recommend Gina and Connor! For 12 years I tried different physical therapists, chiropractors, specialists, massage therapists, physical trainers, you name it for ailments resulting from a back and neck injury. I have seen more improvement and positive results in 3 months working with them than I have in 12 years. Their knowledge, patience, and transparency is top notch. They actively listen and your one-on-one appointments are truly one-on-one. They curate plans and continuously adapt based on your individual needs, not generic programs. Cordial and great energy. 5 stars all around.

I can’t say enough good things about Gina and IronFlex Fitness. When I started training with Gina, I had already gone through three knee surgeries, and one of my biggest goals was simply to get strong enough and confident enough to ski again. Gina has been incredible in helping me get there.
She has a deep understanding of how to train around injuries while still pushing you to get stronger. Every workout is thoughtful and personalized, and she always makes sure my knees are protected while still challenging me to improve. Because of her coaching, I’ve lost weight, built real strength, and most importantly, I’m skiing again without knee issues.

After 4 years of training with Connor, I can confidently say he’s an exceptional personal trainer. His in depth knowledge of anatomy allows him to customize workouts specifically for each clients needs and goals.

Gina is an incredible personal trainer. As a former division 1 athlete, I had a good sense of the training I liked, but I wasn’t sure how to structure it effectively. I had a wonderful experience training at this gym. Having a trainer like Ethan was the confidence boost I needed to get back into the gym. I am an inexperienced gym goer and he his experience, kindness, and great coaching made me feel not only comfortable but confident in the gym. I joined after a friend spoke highly of how IronFlex had helped him build strength as a young senior. My issue was pain in my glutes and hamstrings that had bothered me for 5 years, and make sitting uncomfortable. I am 60 and could not imagine living for what will hopefully be decades with this pain. I had spent the previous year pursuing relief via an orthopedic group, with PT and injections, to no avail. I tried several chiropractic sessions. No change. Everyone at those facilities told me things to stop doing: don’t twist; stop golf; don’t run or go up inclines. I hated feeling that after an active life, and no specific injury, my physical motion was being limited for no good reason. I have been coming to IronFlex for a couple of months now and I am so much happier with their approach: strengthen, push, DO instead if don’t. Add to your life instead of subtract. I still have my pain but I am certain that what we are working on is helping, and I am excited to see where we are in six months, a year, and beyond. I highly recommend IronFlex. It is not cheap but it’s a great value considering what you get, now and as an investment in your healthy future.
